Keeney Estates residents will enjoy easy traveling on Martin Lane and Faye’s Drive – 24 foot wide gravel road with rock base, underground utility – electricity and telephone, DEQ septic tank approved permits, and wells or springs developed on several lots, with easy development potential on other parcels. A three pole natural wood pole fence will grace the roadside and paved Keeney Fork Road frontage. Significant signage graces the entrance to Keeney Estates and conditions, covenants and restrictions assure the residents of substantial quality of environment and is governed by board of directors elected by the residents.

Keeney Estates' close proximity to Malheur National Forest makes it a recreation and scenic paradise, may the sport be hunting with rifle, bow or camera. Photography buffs will be enchanted, as animals found on the property include elk, deer, bear, coyote, and cougar. Squirrels and chipmunks scurry about and an array of feathered friends include quail, blue grouse, mountain grouse, chukar, wild turkey, and bald eagles may nest in spring. Crows, magpies, woodpeckers – probably 50 different species of birds to catch a glimpse of and photograph.
